How Your Party Works🎈
1️⃣ Book Your Date
Secure with a £100 deposit.
2️⃣ Send Guest List & Complete Waivers
Share your RSVP link with your guests so they can complete waivers and link them to the booking.
3️⃣ Confirm Final Numbers
Confirm your final numbers, pay your remaining balance & confirm food order 48 hours prior to the party.
4️⃣ Arrive & Celebrate
Arrive 20–30 mins early and we’ll handle the rest!
Additional Information:
All parties require a minimum of 8 guests and final balance must be paid 48 hours prior to your party. We also need a full guest list 48 days prior to your party. Frequently Asked Questions
Am I allowed to bring birthday items if I have not booked a birthday party? +
You can bring a birthday cake with you but please no decorations. Please note we cannot reserve tables unless you have booked a party package.
Am I allowed to bring in outside food and drinks? +
To ensure the safety of all guests at our park, we do not permit outside food and drinks this excludes birthday cakes.
Do I need to arrive early? +
All customers are advised to arrive in park 20-30 minutes prior to your bounce time not to lose valuable time at check in.
What is your cancellation policy? +
Bookings are non-refundable but subject to availability you may be able to change your jump day/time. Please call the site and ask to speak to a manager at least 24 hours before your pre-booked jump time.
