FAQ’s

Do I need to pre book online? +

All customers are advised to make a booking prior to arrival to guarantee your spaces. If you have not made a booking spaces are subject to availability left on that session.

Do I need to arrive early? +

All customers are advised to arrive in park 20-30 minutes prior to your bounce time not to lose valuable time at check in.

What is the age range for jumping? +

Main arena is aged 5 with a fully paying adult to supervise. Bouncers aged 6+ can use the arena without supervision. Our Soft Play area is strictly for under 6’s.
Exclusive Tots Take over sessions are also available in each parks.

What if a child under 18 comes without a parent? +

All children 12 and younger must have an adult present in park at all times. Bouncers aged 13 years and older can be left unattended only if they have a valid BUZZ waiver signed by their parent/guardian.

Can I wear my own socks? +

For your safety and others you must wear trampoline grips socks on our trampoline area. They must have grips from heel to toe. You can bring your own or purchase our BUZZ grip socks for £2.50 a pair.

What clothes shall I wear? +

No special clothing is required, but we recommend wearing comfortable and breathable clothes. No belt buckles, clothing studs, loose jewellery, key chains, or sharp objects are permitted on the arenas. You must also ensure that your pockets are empty so that you don’t lose anything while participating or risk injuring yourself or others with pocket items. When using our inflatable we would advise long clothing that covers arms and legs. Grip socks are required when on the trampoline arena and Hygiene socks are required for our inflatable.

Is there a weight limit? +

Our weight limit on the arena is 17.5 stone.

Am I allowed to bring in outside food and drinks? +

To ensure the safety of all guests at our park, we do not permit outside food and drinks.

Am I allowed to bring birthday items if I have not booked a birthday party? +

You can bring a birthday cake with you but please no decorations. Please note we cannot reserve tables unless you have booked a party package.

If I have signed a waiver once do I need to do it again? +

Our BUZZ Waivers are valid for one year after signing.

What is your cancellation policy? +

Bookings are non-refundable but subject to availability you may be able to change your jump day/time. Please call the site and ask to speak to a manager at least 24 hours before your pre-booked jump time.

Do you offer a discounted entry for Clients and Carers? +

We certainly do! These can be booked over the phone by giving the park a call. Eligibility may be required to present on arrival. All carers are required to supervise their clients on the arena at all times through out the session.

Accepted forms of proof can include:

  • Carer Card
  • Carer’s Allowance letter
  • Universal Credit (UC) award showing carer element
  • GP registration or supporting letter
  • Attendance Allowance / PIP / DLA letter
  • Carer Support Centre Card
  • Blue Badge

Do I need to complete a waiver before visiting BUZZ? +

All bouncers must have an active waiver which is a health & safety declaration, if under the age of 16 it will need to be signed by an adult. These are confidential.

What if I’m under 16? +

If a person is under 16, a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver.

Are parents responsible for their children while at the park? +

Yes, parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.

Can children under 12 come alone? +

No, all children aged 12 and younger must have an adult present in the park at all times.

Can teenagers aged 13 and older be left unattended? +

Yes, bouncers aged 13 years and older can be left unattended only if they have a valid BUZZ waiver signed by their parent or guardian.

Do you cater to allergies/intolerances? +

Yes, we can cater to dairy free, gluten free, vegetarian, vegan & halal.

What if I decide to leave my child unaccompanied? +

It is the responsibility of each parent or guardian to decide whether to leave their child at the center unaccompanied, similar to a park or football match. We accept no liability for any child left unsupervised at our premises.

Can I call to book? +

Yes, our office staff are on site between 9am – 5pm everyday. You can call them on 01792 722010 but we need to take payment over the phone.

Are there any restrictions regarding alcohol or drugs? +

Yes, under no circumstances are people under the influence of alcohol or drugs allowed to use the park.

What should I be aware of when jumping? +

Always look out for other jumpers and give way to smaller ones. Pregnant women or individuals with health concerns are advised not to jump.

Are there any specific jumping rules? +

Yes, no lying or sitting on the trampolines is allowed. If you need a break, please use the seating area. Grabbing safety pads or netting is prohibited. No double bouncing, running, wrestling, or rough play is allowed. Only one person per trampoline at a time, and always land with two feet in the middle of the trampoline mat, away from the padding.

Can I use my phone while jumping? +

No, operating mobile phones, cameras, or similar equipment on the trampolines is prohibited.

What about language and conduct? +

Bad language will not be tolerated.

Are food and drinks allowed on the trampolines? +

No, food or drink (including gum) is not permitted on the trampolines.

Can I perform flips or tricks while jumping? +

No double somersaults, flips, or tricks over the pads are allowed. Single somersaults are permitted, but no more than two in a row.

What about clothing and accessories? +

No belt buckles, clothing studs, jewellery, key chains, or sharp objects are permitted on the trampolines. Loose change in pockets is also prohibited.

Do you have a carpark? +

Yes we have free onsite parking including parent & toddler and disabled bays.
