What COVID safety measures do you have in place at the park?
Our team is working really hard to ensure that our parks offer a safe and enjoyable experience. We have installed automatic hand sanitising stations all around both parks and all guests have their temperature checked by infrared thermometer on admission. (Temperature tested on the forehead) We have also introduced enhanced cleaning practices, with our parks thoroughly cleaned and sanitised in between bouncing sessions during the day. Seating has been limited to groups of 4 in our cafes and spectator areas, with furniture spaced to allow for physical distancing between groups.
Is it safe and legal for the Buzz Parks to be open?
Don’t the latest Welsh Government restrictions prevent you from opening?
At Buzz, we pride ourselves in offering a clean and safe environment for our guests to take part in an alternative form of exercise which is not available at most standard gyms and leisure centres. Whilst addressing the Senedd on 1st December 2020, First Minister Mark Drakeford, said “Allowing people to exercise has a positive impact on mental health and well-being.” Our parks offer a structured and supervised physical activity for all ages.
Are there any restrictions on bookings?
In line with regulations, bookings can only include a maximum of 4 people aged 11 and over.
Do I have to wear a face covering?
Unless medically exempt, or under the age of 11, all visitors to Buzz must wear a face covering whilst they are in the park. Face coverings are not required, however, when undertaking any of our physical activities or when seated in our café.
Why have you restricted the number of participants/spectators per session?
To help keep all our guests safe, have reduced the capacity to allow for physical distancing on the activities, in our cafes, and throughout the park. This can mean that availability is limited, so we advise everyone to book online before visiting the park.
Is your café still open?
Yes, our café is still open. In line with regulations, it will close at 6pm. Last orders will be at 5.40pm to allow time to consume food and drink before closing time.
Can I book a party?
We are not currently offering birthday party bookings, but we are keeping this under review as regulations change.
